Troy joined the Pistons in 2020 after 12 seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder (OKC), including serving as the club’s Vice President of Basketball Operations. 以前, he fulfilled eight seasons as Vice President/Assistant General Manager with responsibilities that included coordinating player-personnel matters, NBA选秀准备, 自由代理计划, and summer league roster construction and was a critical part of the Thunder’s success for more than a decade.
A seasoned NBA front office veteran, Troy began his NBA career with the Utah Jazz, where he was head scout from 2004-07 and promoted to director of player personnel. Troy graduated from Prince George’s 社区 College in 1991, where he played one season of basketball, and also attended Bowie State University. He and his wife, Angela, have three children.
